A is for...

One sunday we went apple picking with our lovely playgroup friend up at Bilpin, a gorgeous area of the Blue Mountains. We each took a vegetable as part of our Autumn Harvest and we sang songs and gave thanks for out harvest.

"Shake shake the apple tree, red and rosey apples.
Shake shake the apple tree, red and rosey apples.
One for you, one for me, shake shake the apple tree.

Blow blow the leaves away, windy windy weather.
Blow blow the leaves away, windy windy weather.
Blow them here, blow them there, blow blow the leaves away.

Now now its harvest time, golden leaves and berries.
Now now its harvest time, golden leaves and berries.
Stack the corn, in the barn, now now its harvest time"

Here's a few snaps of our adventure!
